Government websites often provide reliable information written specifically for students. To find a government "Kids Page" try adding: 

• kids or teens
• site:.gov 

to the end of your Google search. 

For example, instead of Googling "exercise" try Googling:

• exercise kids site:.gov 
  

You can also visit the special kid/teen directory created by the Federal government: kids.usa.gov.
